Auto translating program using an existing api.

I would like a program that uses the existing translating tool Aperitum to translate text from Norwegian bokmål to Norwegian nynorsk. What i would like is me being able to copy the text, do a key combination. And then being able to paste the text which has been translated. This operation needs to be done silently. The development is in a hurry and needs to be done before 5 am cet on november 21st.
