Artsit for website graphics and layout- Logo & Cartoon Guy

Hello, I am needing custom graphic design for my new website. I have attached a sample draft of something I am looking for. Here are the things I am looking for: 1) Custom Logo with my name. "Mike R Roberts.com" This can be just a text logo with cool font...Or it can have a nice graphic with it... (this will go at the top of the page) 2) I have a giant graphic that looks like me...Either you will need to re-draw the entire graphic or you can edit my current graphic...Becuase I will need his arms to be bending so it looks like he is leaning on my banner graphics. 3) Nice RSS button and Twitter Follow Button. 4) Box for nice flash graphics I can add later. 5) I will need your samples of what font the text should be in...as well as colors, header colors and fonts, etc. 6) Pretty much I am needing a a single page layout design. This will be all the graphics so I can have a web designer put this together. Will need these in jpeg, PNG, GiF. Also will need you to layout out colors of the backgrounds, etc. I am very open to suggestions...if you think you can design something that looks better let me know! Mike
