HR system programmer/analyst

Looking for a senior .NET architect/programmer to work with us to design and develop a .NET human resources system with an Access backend. We have written Use Cases and need a architect/programmer to design and implement a 3-tier system. We want the objects built using patterns based on or similar to the Gang of Four (GofF) patterns. There is also a mobile computing component.
Work will be done on our server. We need someone who has excellent object-oriented analysis skills, good communications skills and excellent .NET and MS Access skills. Must be a team player.
Estimated hours for the entire project: 100
Project will be implemented in steps.
