The goal from this project is to automate invoice creation and sending invoices from all the transactions from paypal .csv file.
This script/software/macro you will develop must be run locally on our Windows 7 computer with Office 2010 installed. The sending of the invoices to the clients must be done with Outlook. The process must be as automated as possible.
We will deliver an invoice template in .xls format which will be used to build the invoices.
So basically, the finished “macro” or “software tool” you develop for us must allow us to import a paypal .csv file and then the tool will build the PDF invoices, create a PDF summary,add VAT, currency exchanges, and will put every email ready to send in Outlook drafts. We will go into detail on what exact details we need.
I’m not really sure which programming language can be used for a process like this, but maybe its possible with a macro in excel or a VBA script or program. Please give us some examples on how you think you can set this up for us
Everything that the tool must be able to do 100% automatically:

Process the csv file we import. It wil add a couple of fields and make calculations. (VAT, daily currency exchange, USD/EURO, etc). We will provide the currency exchage rates in a .txt file that must be used to convert USD to EURO when needed. The details that are calculated from the CSV will be used in the invoices and summary’s.
Automatically create invoices based on a .xls template we provide. All invoices need to contain specific details which must be calculated. More details below. Some details are in the .csv, some details need to be calculated.
The created invoices must be saved to a folder on the harddrive with specific filenames.
The created invoices must be send to the Outlook drafts folder so we can easily send them to the clients. Each transaction from the CSV will get a different email with the appropriate PDF invoice as attachment.
A summary PDF must be created, with details like total sales, total VAT, total sales per product, return customers, etc etc. a Graph, etc. more details will be given.

If you have great experience with csv, excel, macro's,VBA etc, or you think you can complete such a project for me. Please bid, and show some examples of related work and tell me how you would be able to do this.

It would be great if you have some experience with invoices, VAT, etc yourself aswell, it will make you understand this project easier.
