Object: When certain email items are received by Outlook client session, delete them from POP3 server, and put those emails in a special folder, for occasional review.
Environment: Combination of Outlook VBA and Outlook Rules.
Background: I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 with a POP3 mail server (NOT using Exchange). Mail is received from domains "Good.com" and "Broadcast.com". Good mail should stay in the Inbox. Broadcast mail should be moved to Broadcast folder and then deleted from server.
Purpose: My cellphone POP3 client does not have a filter feature. It should retrieve only Good mail, not Broadcast mail. That is accomplished because Broadcast would be purged from the POP3 sever by this app. However, Broadcast mail is saved, on the PC, for periodic review. In conclusion, this application keeps [url removed, login to view] mail off of the Cellphone client.
Other factors: [url removed, login to view] is one example, but approximately 50 domains are treated in the same way.
Rejected previous solutions:
(1) Outlook Rule to Permanently Delete Broadcast mail. Does not delete from server for POP3 mail; perhaps it works only for Exchange servers.
(2) Account Settings Advanced: "Remove from server after zero days". Does not work, because [url removed, login to view] mail deleted immediately, and would not be available for Cellphone client.

I have good experience in VBA coding and have worked on Outlook VBA projects like automatically sending emails through Outlook, include table, graphs, attachments in email etc. I would like to take this up.
