I would like cartoon style design/graphic design/animation/Flash on this site especially on the homepage. I need an attractive website to attract visitors! The budget I have right now is $250-$400. Requirements: 1. We would need for you to show us your portfolio of active web developments from active websites before being considered for the project. 2. Able to work with minimal instruction and supervision, and be able to generate daily reports to show progress. 3. Constant communication via email and if required also by telephone. 4.
