We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 5-10 hours per week. The work will include the following:
- Hiring (Sort our candidates, and invite/schedule to interview)
- Handle our social media posting from copywriting to content
- Handle financial matters such as expense reports, invoicing
- Make business purchases and deal with vendors
- And other tasks needed to be done
- Comfirtable with English and Indonesian language
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of social media (copywriting, content ideation)
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
