Virtual Assistants

We are looking for an organized Virtual Administrative Assistant who will handle all communications with the company from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices. Prior experience would be ideal but new candidates who are willing to learn and grow would be ideal too. No experience is needed, we will take care of the training.

Responsibilities:

Data entry

Respond to emails.

Schedule meetings with clients.

Learning and sharing knowledge and experience across regions and functions within the team and company as relevant

Update the company website and social media accounts.

Manage travel plans for employees.

Requirements:

Prior experience as an administrative assistant would be ideal but new candidates who are willing to learn and grow would be ideal too.

Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Highly organized.

Take initiative and work independently.
