Virtual Assistant - Webinar

Seeking a qualified individual for the position of Webinar Coordinator. This position requires an individual with strong project management skills, multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail.

The Webinar Coordinator will be responsible for managing webinar events. The webinar coordinator must be proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of webinar production and delivery with specific focus on pre-production, day-of-broadcast, and post-production activities.

Pre-production activities include scheduling, coordinating the distribution of pre-webinar promotional activity (website, social media, internal communications, etc). Day-of-broadcast activities including the orchestration of the broadcast, management of event interaction and, when necessary, troubleshooting within the broadcast and audio conference platform.

Post-production events require monitoring webinar quality, reporting and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Create and project manage live and on-demand webinars

Consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded

Effectively act as client and sales point-of-contact for webinar related issues

Responsible for collection and logging of webinar materials and maintaining calendar for all webinars

Create promotional materials and schedule deployment dates for webinar promotions

Produce post webinar reports

Skills & Experience:

Experience producing webinars on different hosting platforms

Knowledge and experience using multimedia editing software such as Adobe Premiere

Proficient in HTML/CSS & Photoshop

Strong project management skills

Deadline and detail conscientious

Superior level of professionalism, interpersonal and customer service skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
