Virtual Assistant Required - Greek Freelancers only

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist in managing various tasks remotely. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
1. Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
2. Conduct research and compile data on various topics as required.
3. Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
4. Coordinate and manage calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
5. Manage and maintain databases, including updating contact information and generating reports.
6. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, or phone.
7. Assist in social media management, including content creation and scheduling posts.
8. Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices and expense reports.
9. Collaborate with team members and provide support on various projects as needed.
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
2. Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as email, chat platforms, and video conferencing software.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
7. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
8. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management.
9. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer/laptop.
10. Availability to work during 10 am to 17 pm from Monday – Friday /time zone GMT + 2 with flexibility for occasional meetings outside of regular working hours.
