I am looking for an ongoing VA to help me with managing my 2 businesses. I manage a restaurant and a small company portfolio Looking for someone to respond to and process texts, emails, calls and make them as well to schedule and respond to certain people. This will help save me some time with my job as a restaurant manager, which is my main motive. I am thinking their might be a few more small tasks, but I think for the most part I think this is what I'll be needing. Another part of the job, is the same thing basically but for my company .I'll be needing a VA to send out notices and reminders, respond to maintenance requests via text, call or email, schedule with contractors etc.
