Reports to: CEO of EZJ Online LLC
Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO of the Creative Production Agency in their daily tasks and operations. This includes administrative and operational tasks, project coordination, and data management. The Virtual Assistant should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision.
Salary: $200/month
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the CEO
Handle and prioritize emails and communication for the CEO
Manage and update databases and spreadsheets for the agency
Assist with project management and coordination for the creative production projects
Conduct research and gather information as needed for the CEO
Provide administrative support for the CEO and the agency
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience in project coordination and management is a plus
Familiarity with the creative production industry is a plus
