Virtual Assistant for Property Management

Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

We have upscale properties and are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can do the following:

Responsive & Courteous guest communication (only written, not on phone)

Excellent English writing skills

While the day to day schedule can vary, expect approximately 10 hours per week of work (mostly responding to guest messages, answering questions/complaints, coordinating with maintenance staff, and talking with me if necessary).

The candidate should be a flexible and creative thinker who, along with successfully managing their workload. You Must have Reliable Computer and Fast Internet Connection, Good Communication Skills, proficiency in English.
