A full time virtual assistant / customer service agent (9am - 12pm and 1:30pm - 6:30pm)
Respond to customer enquiries via email / direct chat / Facebook messages
Follow up orders / Follow up deliveries / Give information about product specification / Manage order modifications request / Process orders / Document activity information on excel files
Respond to Facebook comments and moderate the Facebook page
Other administrative tasks
Good German and English spelling and grammar.
Customer satisfaction oriented.
Freshdesk / Shopify / Facebook / Email
