Your task is to contact their stated former employers, validate dates of service, positions held, and reasons for leaving, and then document everything in a concise report that I can archive with our hiring records. A clear, dated summary for each candidate, copies or photographs of any written confirmations you receive (emails, signed letters, stamped certificates), and a brief note on anything that could not be independently verified will be required for the assignment to be considered complete.
