Hello,
Are you a virtual assistant that has email outreach and blog writing experience? Perfect!
I am looking for someone to help with daily outreach and communication to prospects. This is a fun project and I'm looking for someone with a positive, hard-working and an outgoing "go-getter" type of personality.
Some daily tasks include:
- Research and find great websites to reach out to
- Outreach to the website's owner or person via email (no phone calls)
- Communicate with those that respond
- Send a 2nd email to those that don't respond
- Pitch our offer and ask for their feedback
1. Email organization - reading inbound messages and responding timely, with accurate and excellent English. I will provide you with an email address to do the outreach from.
2. Scripting - Writing voice-over scripts for videos. This will be based on blog articles and will sometimes require your creativity. This means helping to make sure a blog article is turned from a written piece of content to a piece that can be spoken.
3. Editing blog articles - reading over blog articles and making sure they are well written and without spelling/grammatical errors.
4. Writing articles for our blog - We have a continuous list of articles that need to be written. Our blog is based on gifts, relationships, lifestyle.
This is continuous and on-going work.
I will explain and teach you our process, just make sure you're willing to learn and are a great English writer.
