Hi, I’m Jason Silver, co-founder of Attract Great Guys.
In just two years, our YouTube channel has exploded to over 190,000 subscribers and over 14 million views because we’re focused on the “no BS” truth about dating. And now, because we’re growing so much, we need the help of a motivated operations coordinator.
This position will require you to take in a lot of information, organize it and prioritize it. You must be excellent at time management and building systems/processes around vital business functions.
You should already be excellent at creating project plans, developing, executing and passing on systems and have a passion and skill for bringing the right team together to assist you with delivering on each project. You’ll also be skilled in thinking outside of the box when it comes to problem-solving.
You may be helping to create a reporting system, responding to customer service tickets, hiring a customer service agent or optimizing existing workflows. In 2019, our goal is to become the most efficient we can be...which means hitting aggressive goals with even more aggressive timelines.
Attention to detail is crucial. Bonus if you have a marketing and/or events background with a solid understanding of how online marketing works. This includes lead magnets, opt-in pages, sales pages, email marketing processes, webinars, Facebook marketing, etc. If those phrases are brand new to you, this is not the position for you.

This is a virtual, contractor role (10-20 hours per week), long term position with opportunity to grow into full-time. We’re growing rapidly and our virtual assistant is going to play a huge part in taking us to the next level and beyond.
