I currently have some listings on vacation rental websites such as Airbnb and I am looking to try a virtual assistant to perform many of the duties of a vacation rental manager.
Work would include:
-Answering messages and emails for potential guests and active guests.
-Providing 'welcome email' and instructions for check-in
-Setting cleaning schedule for cleaners.
-Preparing and providing work orders to handyman (including pictures)
-Monitor security cameras for check-in
-Maintain communication during the guests' stay, (be a virtual assistant for them anything they need)
-When needed, calling our list of on-call emergency labor that can run to perform certain tasks like emergency cleaning or pick up supplies 24/7. Even hailing an Uber for them with or company account if needed.
-Creating new listings if get bad reviews.
-filing security deposit claims for damage
-Creating logs of all incidents with guests.
-Communicating with Airbnb customer service when needed.
-Proving EXCELLENT customer experience at all costs
The pay is 3% of all revenue plus bonuses for 5-star feedback which are determined Every 30 days. For a trial, I will start you out with 5 rentals with an average of $5,500 per month revenue. so initially you will make $175 - $250 about until I provide more listings.
