
Hiring a Personal Assistant for Supplier Communication in China (Malaysian Only)

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Exceptional translation and interpretation skills are crucial for effective communication.
Cultural Understanding: Familiarity with Chinese business etiquette, customs, and cultural nuances to ensure smooth interactions and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Experience: Prior experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using various communication and productivity tools, including email, video conferencing, and project management software.
