We are seeking individuals desiring to build a long-term career in the tourism industry to join our operations team on a full-time, year-round basis. The operations & guest experience coordinator supports administrative processes including customer service and travel documentation, the creation of itinerary proposals requiring personal consultation, and price calculations with follow-up communications typically via email as an inside sales role; assistance with reservations processing and the compilation of customer travel documentation. Additionally, the operations & guest experience coordinator may assist our product management team with supplier contracting, reservation system updates and website content management.

Two or more years of clerical experience.
Demonstrated experience with Acer or HP office computers.
Able to handle your duties without continual supervision.
Able to function and communicate effectively under stress, during peak restaurant ordering times.
Excellent and professional communication, telephone, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Accurate data entry.
Professional phone etiquette.
Able to adapt to a fast paced restaurant environment.
Organized and able to process orders via email, phone or online system.
Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in delivery orders and invoices.
Clerical skills to provide and update clerical accounting, invoicing and pricing.
Invoices daily for our wholesale accounts.
Follow up as necessary with phone calls and emails.
Order or print office forms before they are needed.
Greet and assist visitors both personally and telephonically with donation requests.
Prepare the staff schedule for approval.
Accounts receivables and Payables.
In the absence of essential employees, being able to pitch in and help.
Record data for our donation requests.
Perform any other office tasks that may be necessary or required.
