Hi Tobias H., Last week I completed a very similar appointment for a foreign seller, so I’m confident to handle this really well. I act as the local Authorized Representative, hold the Power of Attorney, keep the digital cert, do the short monthly checks (5–10 mins), and file/confirm reports when due (packaging/WEEE/batteries). I store all proofs in an audit‑ready folder. i would like to know the below. - Which EPR scopes do you need in Spain (packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles), and do you already use a SCRAP/collective scheme? - Do you want the AR to sign with a Spanish certificado digital, and will you provide a notarised/apostilled PoA? I think we should. - Use a limited‑scope PoA and a seperate AR email/account for security and continuity. - Set a simple monthly CSV export to auto‑calc declarations and reminders, so work stays under 10 mins. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I review your product list and map producer roles by scope. 2) I send the AR letter + PoA templates for fast sign, notarise, apostille. 3) I register with the chosen scheme(s) and set-up a shared calender + folder with checklists. 4) I do the monthly check‑in, confirm nil/positive declarations, and submit annual docs on time.
