One of our clients based in USA is looking for Native English Speaking Customer Service Representative:
Candidate must have following experience:
- Handling customer service emails in the consumer products segment (Health & Beauty product experience is an advantage but not a necessity)
- Customer Service in an eCommerce environment (Amazon experience of advantage)
- Social media interaction
- Complaint handling
- Able to work evenings or nights (PDT)
- Native speakers only
The task will comprise of answering to customer responses by email and on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter at first, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest later). The applicant will have templates to use as a basis that he/she will need to tailor to the specifics of the communication. The expected time requirement will be 3-4 hours per day including weekends for a total of approx. 25 hours a week.
