I'm looking for an assistant who can speak and handle e-mails in Dutch as well as short telephone calls.
For calling i'll provide a Skype(out) account on my costs.
For working you can get a remote desktop or a Google webbased environment.
Work will consist of:
- handling e-mail
- listening to voicemail messages
- making offers and sending invoices
- managing my agenda
- managing my todo list
- other such things
- optional: answering my phone when i'm out (9 to 5 GMT+1)
Please write something in Dutch using a PM so that I can check how your Dutch is.
You can communicate with me in English if that's faster for you.
I want to pay up if you Dutch is really good!
Please bid your weekly rate for these services, including the number of hours of work you calculate and your hourly rate. I would estimate this work is 6-8 hours a week maximum.
If I like the bid, we're going to try this out for a week and see how it goes.
