Looking for someone to handle the daily office operations of my company. Phone support, email handling, and scheduling. This job requires you be available between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri EST, but you only bill me for the hours you actually work such as answering emails, phone calls, and other tasks.
The ideal person will already have other sources of income, but be working from home so they are available to perform these tasks within the designated times. I am looking to pay no more than $8/hr.
- Answer all phone calls between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri EST.
- Register customers for events
- Schedule classes and coordinate instructors to teach those classes
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors, and instructors
- Manage my personal schedule
- Handling and replying to my email accounts
- Must be accessible, online during agreed-upon office hours
- Previous experience as an executive assistant
- Clear English with NO accent and female voice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Broadband Internet connection
- Tech savvy
- Bill only for actual time worked and no more than eight an hour
- Familiar with Asana, Event Espresso, and RingCentral is a plus
