Looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage ZOHO CRM, send emails out, and work with data and content.
- Run reports and email daily
- Work with data in the ZOHO system
- Make sure emails are organized and going out daily
- Make sure follow ups are ready and sent out when needed
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible for at least 4 hours a day at agreed upon times
- Must know ZOHO
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
