The subnet mismatch is blocking communication between your HIK Vision cameras and your QNAP. You can solve this two ways: either adjust the camera IPs to match your main network, or set a temporary direct connection to reconfigure them. I’ve fixed similar HIK/NVR subnet issues before—usually by connecting a laptop set to the camera’s subnet, assigning new IPs, then reconnecting everything to the main LAN for QNAP integration. No hardware swaps needed. Are the cameras on PoE, or do you have direct access to the NVR/recorder web panel? That affects how I remote in and where to set IP changes. Hello, I'm both a network engineer and have previously completed CCTV installed of a number of manufacturers, HikVision being one of them. I'm confident should you award me this project, we will be able to get this up and running for you within a day. I will however caveat this with that changing network settings remotely can potentially cause issues and drop outs, especially given we will perhaps need to expand the subnet of the recorder, or your home network.
