Post-Production Editor for Live Video Shows -- 2

Freelance Video & Audio Editor (US Hours, 20-25 hours per week) We’re looking for a reliable freelance post-production editor to support our live video shows. This is a flexible, remote position perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced editing work and has solid technical skills. What You’ll Do • Edit full video and audio recordings of live shows (30–60 minutes each). o Tasks typically include trimming intros/outros, inserting/removing commercials, and minor fixes (instructions provided). o This is a fast edit process, no need to scrub through the entire episode. • Create short-form clips/reels from episodes using Opus Clips and Canva. • Transcribe episodes and use AI tools to generate summaries and/or blog posts. • Upload finished files to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and other platforms. • Send links back to the team once uploads are complete. Requirements • Available during US working hours (8am–6pm Pacific Time). • High-speed internet for uploading/downloading large video files. • Strong video and audio editing skills (experience with fast-turnaround edits preferred). • Familiarity with social media and video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram). • Experience with Opus Clips, Canva, and transcription/AI tools a plus. Time Commitment & Workflow • Each episode is 30–60 minutes in length. • Full edit and post-production process typically takes 30–90 minutes per episode. • We need these done in 24 hours from when we send • Workload varies depending on show schedule, will be anywhere from 2-6 shows per day.
