I need a skilled camera operator to capture an entire three-day training course that will run in a conference-room setting. The brief is straightforward: record each session in full and conduct short, well-lit interviews with selected participants during breaks. Everything will take place indoors, so you can rely on consistent lighting and acoustics, but I still expect clean audio and crisp footage that looks great on large screens. What I’ll provide: • A detailed agenda so you know exactly when to roll. • Space for your gear and a quick run-through of the room layout the evening before day one. What I’ll need from you: • Your own professional camera, audio kit, and minimal lighting suitable for an indoor conference room. • Continuous coverage of presentations, slides, and audience interactions without disrupting the flow of the course. • Sit-down or stand-up interviews with participants—about 5-10 minutes each—captured in a quieter corner of the venue. • Daily off-loading of footage to an external drive I supply, with basic file labeling (session name, day, and time). If you’re comfortable shooting long-form training content, managing on-the-fly interviews, and handling your files methodically, I’d love to hear how you’d approach the job and see samples of similar work.

I've read your brief and you've described exactly the kind of shoot where preparation and quiet professionalism matter more than anything else. I'm London-based, and I work with an experienced camera operator who specialises in exactly this. 1- Review your agenda the evening before and plan camera angles around the room layout 2- Set up minimal, unobtrusive lighting that works for both presentations and interviews 3- Run a full audio check before day one . 4- Keep continuous rolling during sessions without disrupting speakers or participants 5- Capture slides, presenter, and audience reaction without cutting between them awkwardly 6- Run 5-10 minute interviews in a quieter corner during breaks, properly lit and framed Off-load and label all footage to your drive at the end of each day. 7- Flag anything unusual (lighting shift, audio issue) on the spot rather than after the fact Conference room acoustics can be unpredictable even indoors. Having someone who checks twice before rolling matters. Happy to share samples of similar training and corporate work whenever you're ready. Mustafa Amjad Project Consultant
