Video editing for a motovlog

I need a video editor who can edit raw footage from my action cams. The requirement is such that the editor needs to come to my place and work on my PC which i specifically built for this purpose hence I need someone who lives in Bangalore. I find it much easier to tell what needs to be edited and where face to face so this requirement is non-negotiable.
