Traditional Reception Photography & Video Setup

I'm seeking a professional to capture the set up and back stage photos and video in horizontal and vertical style for a engagement reception and a welcome dinner we are planning in Lausanne Switzerland Key Responsibilities: - Photograph and video horizontally and vertically for instagram the decor and tables capes at after party and reception area and cocktail area once the decor is done before guests arrive - Photographe and video horizontally and vertically for instagram the decor and tables scapes at after party and reception area and cocktail area before guests arrive - Photograph and video the highlights of the event showing guests having fun and dancing without faces just general fun shots - Need to edit the horizontal video into a 2 -3 min video to show the party highlights on my website including the set up and back stage - No need to edit the vertical videography for instagram you can just give me the raw video and my social media person can edit it - Photography need it edited and delivered in HR My clients have their own photo and video to capture guests etc my focus is on decor and showing general party atmosphere Ideal Skills: - Expertise in content photography for social media - Experience in event video coverage. needs to be vertical with iPhone and horizontal for my video for my website - Ability to capture set up and tear down of decor.
