I am looking for proof of (or not) of concept on the potential of The Shuggies music grow a wider audience. This would involve a short term promotion of the following : [login to view URL]@jmdolanuk [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The 2 albums. The Shuggies - Straight Outta Milton and Up the back end (of Milton) I would need help/ suggestions on SMART milestones with clear metrics. The type of music is pretty niche Would classify as post unk, alternative, folk, blues, protest, political satire. Inspired by the likes of Billy Bragg, Divine Comedy, Paul Weller to name a few. The albums gave been live since 2009 but have never been promoted. The band still perform in their latest incarnation a few times a year in the Glasgow area. The metrics from songcast have a 2 month lag which is a bit of a head scratcher as I dont want to pour money into a long term promotion as I have allready a significant outlay since 2009. Think of it as a last throw of the dice for this bands music.
