PLEASE READ THE BRIEF CAREFULLY. I WANT TO HIRE A PERSON OR A COMPANY ON MONTHLY RETAINER. It is NOT a one-off project I run a youtube channel which I have just started. I am looking for someone to edit the videos that i shoot and make them amazing by... 1. adding animations and special effects 2. should be able to do cuts at the right places without asking where 3. should be able to research on the content of the products that I shoot and include them in the edit 4. should be able to create images for thumbnail and start and end card 5. should be able to improve the quality of the video and audio 6. should provide constant updates and advise 7. should be able to deliver the videos in time on average I shoot 20-25 videos per month and the duration of each video is from 3mins to 12 mins but can vary. EACH VIDEO IS DONE IN MULTIPLE FORMATS - YouTube and Facebook - 16:9 - Instagram (IG TV) - 9:16 - Tiktok - 9:16 (with hindi audio) (3 mins or less which needs to be managed during post production) my channel is on youtube - [login to view URL] insta, FB, Tiktok - @greatlobbyist
