Job Description: We are Land 11, a technology company that helps US residential developers find off-market land parcels using AI-powered outreach. We are running email campaigns to US developers and inviting them to a video call to learn more about our service. We need a sharp, articulate sales rep to conduct these calls, present our value proposition, and move prospects toward a partnership agreement. What You Will Do: Study our product materials and become fluent in the Land 11 value proposition Conduct video meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with US developers who responded to our outreach Present the service clearly: how our AI finds off-market land sellers at scale Answer questions about pricing, process, coverage, and timelines Guide interested prospects to the next step (trial campaign or partnership agreement) Report call outcomes, objections, and feedback to the founder Work across US time zones Requirements: Fluent English (near-native or native level). You will be speaking with American business owners. Russian language proficiency for internal team communication Confident and professional on camera Sales experience, ideally in SaaS, real estate, or B2B services Ability to learn and articulate a technical product quickly Self-organized, reliable, responsive to messages Comfortable working across multiple US time zones Laptop with good camera, microphone, and stable internet Nice to Have: Experience in US real estate or land development Understanding of AI/tech products CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) Compensation: Hourly rate: $15-25/hr depending on experience. Plus $500 bonus for each developer partner you help close. Approximately 10 hours per week to start. Hours & Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week. Calls will be scheduled during US business hours across different time zones (EST to PST). Flexibility is key. Volume may grow as we scale.
