Hello, I wouldn't mesh the whole cloud in one pass- it rounds every corner and bloats the file. I'd fit the walls, floor and openings as flat planes from the cloud in CloudCompare and Open3D, checked against your floor plan, and mesh only the ceiling, simplified until it stays within your few-centimetre tolerance. Joining those gives one closed, light solid in the cloud's original coordinates, with walls, openings and ceiling on separate classes. Before handover I'd measure every face against the scan and send you the deviation numbers. What matters most to me is that it drops into your workflow with no clean-up. My last two client projects closed at 5 out of 5, one on Freelancer and one on MQL5. Amul
