As an experienced designer with a focus on vector clean-up, I am supremely skilled and capable of tackling just the project you are specifying. Over my 12-year career, I have worked intensively with Adobe Illustrator, ensuring the highest standards in clean vector art production. This includes exactly what you are asking for: eliminating extraneous anchor points, aligning strokes precisely, creating smooth curves, and maintaining design integrity. Apart from my technical expertise, communication's always been a core to my work ethic as I believe it is crucial for effective project management. I'm available to chat 24x7, meaning that we could maintain clear lines of conversation and understanding throughout the entire project. You say this isn't a redesign job but one which necessitates refinement – that's where a seasoned designer like me can really shine – I know the difference between "minor tweaks" and overhauling something. My end goal will be to deliver SVGs & PDFs that pass any amount of scrutiny at every scale.
