Static website development

This project is for the development of a full static corporate website of approximately 12 pages. The website will be for a brand-new company that has been formed quite recently. Corporate branding work (i.e. logo, colors, fonts) is already complete and now I need a website that will use the branding to gain greater customer exposure. I will provide the following: 1. An overview of the business so that the designer/developer can understand that type of website that is required (if you want to do some research yourself, the industry is Business Intelligence Consulting). 2. Logo. The trademark registration is not yet complete, so I don't want to post the logo until a single bid is accepted. 3. Corporate color palette 4. Corporate font list 5. All website text The developer will provide: 1. A state-of-the-art, fast-loading, SEO-optimized, professional corporate website, from scratch, with all the requisite copyright guarantees that it is an original work 2. A method for me to quickly and easily change content, _and_ add new pages in the future. 3. Capability of easily and securely integrating a preview from a Wordpress blog into the site automatically via RSS or similar technology. 4. A bid that includes all reasonable project expenses. For example, I fully understand that a professional website will need a certain amount of stock photos; please include the cost of purchasing these photos in your general bid. I doubt that this project will require substantial technical skills--HTML, CSS, PHP (maybe), mySQL, and RSS should cover it. However, this project requires a person with superlative **_design_** skills. I will be looking to the developer to provide design suggestions throughout the process. To be seriously considered, please provide examples of previous websites you've designed--especially professional corporate sites! Edit: some bidders have brought up a good point--this project must be done in a way that it will run on a Linux web server. So no ASP or .NET. ## Deliverables The website should contain the following pages/sections: * Home page * Who we are, what we do, and why our company is the best. This clearly has to be the most compelling page on the site--I am looking for some very exciting ideas from the developer here. * Services * For estimation purposes, please assume that this section will include 3 different services that each needs its own page/view. * Industries * There will be several pages under this section, each page describing consulting services for a particular industry * For purposes of estimating a bid, you can assume that there will be no more than 4 industries listed. * These can be either pages, or views within a single page if you can figure out a way to do it creatively * Thought Leadership * This will initially be a single page/view describing the corporate management and their experience in the field * Featured Clients / Testimonials * Resources * A page where viewers can download some content (PDF whitepapers and possibly small applications) * Contact The blog content mentioned in the "Brief Summary" section won't be a page in itself, but maybe something like a quick summary of the latest blog posts that will link to a blog site.
