Ebay Doctype issue

I have made a nice EBay template for my Articles. It includes some javascript (mootools) for effects. There's only one problem left. DOCTYPE! Ebay don't have a Doctype set and it can't be set in any way. Thus, the page don't display as intended. On IE and Opera it's a total mess. on Firefox.. its.. 99% ok, but it has to work in IE and Opera, too. I have attached the html file to this bidrequest, if you want to take a look at it. The html file is WITH DOCTYPE! If you want to test it, just remove the DOCTYPE at the header of the file, and you'll see the problems. I need someone who modifies my Ebay page, so that it displays nice and smooth on all major browsers (IE6, IE7, Opera, Firefox). I will send you my page ... you will modify and test it on ebay.... and i want the working version back. (that means.. you have to have an ebay account. I think there is a Ebay Sandbox, where you can sign on.. so you dont have to start 1000 auctions just for testing). Anyway.. i dont have the time for testing... so you have to do it. If there is absolutely NO WAY to integrate that Javascript effects, that they work on all browsers... then maybe integrate a browser sniffer that displays a lite-version without the effects.... but thats really only the last option. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
