Job Description:
you will be responsible for deciphering the needs of a new product and developing the user experience. You will work closely with our product and project teams to understand their goals and identify the user requirements for the product. You will be responsible for analyzing these needs and documenting them to help shape the product.
Your task is to be able to listen to stakeholders, consider their perspectives, and then collaborate with the product and project teams to brainstorm and validate the features and design of the product. You must be able to identify user needs and understand their behavior. To do this, you will conduct research and analyze data to formulate a product design strategy. Additionally, you’ll conduct user testing and feedback gathering to ensure the product deliverables align with user needs.
You must have knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping and software development processes. You should have experience in utilizing user research methodologies including interviews, surveys and contextual inquiry. Effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams is essential.
Your final deliverable should include effective wireframes, process flows, user journey maps, and other UX design artifacts. The UX designer will also be responsible for producing a summary report that clearly outlines the user requirements and potential solutions that have been identified.
