i have 7 years of Wordpress, Ecommerce and Page speed experience. Your job is about a $100 job. GTmetrix shows a speed of 4.8 seconds now (to load the whole website) and Pingdom shows a front page of 3.74 seconds. The front page will be under 2 seconds and GTmetrix should be under 2.5 seconds. The major problem is the Vimeo player which can not be optimized. You might have to host the Video with out the player. Thanks and I can be messaged for questions.
