UE4 UMG Scrollbox snap to item

Budget £10-20 GBP

I would like to use a UMG scroll box and populate it with with other widgets when scrolling i would like it to snap to the next item after the scroll has passed a percentage of the orginal widget from view.

It would work something like this jquery plugin.
