Umbraco - data capture and password protection

We are finalising the creation of an Umbraco website for an event. The event will include around 40 individual seminars.

We would like to have the ability to choose whether to restrict access to view the individual page of these seminars. Some seminars will be restricted, some won't.

For the seminars that are restricted, we would like to be able to define a unique password to access the page in the backend.

When the user tries to access the seminar page from the front end, they will need to complete three fields - First name, Last name, email address and password. If the password is correct, they will be allowed to proceed. The data - first name, last name, email address, should be stored in the website as registration data for the seminar.
