I’m building Lyor, a hassle-free living platform, and I need a modern, minimalist mobile app interface that feels as effortless as the service itself. The end user is our tenant, so every tap must make it simple to: • check home details (address, appliance info, lease dates) • pay monthly rent in just a few clicks • raise maintenance requests or complaints with photo/video attachments and live status tracking I’m wide open on colour and branding, so you can craft a palette and typography system that reinforces the calm, clutter-free experience I’m aiming for. Clean layouts, intuitive iconography and clear hierarchy are must-haves; think Airbnb clarity with a dash of Apple-grade polish. Deliverables I’m expecting: • low-fidelity user flow or wireframes to confirm structure • full high-fidelity UI screens for all core journeys (iOS and Android sizes) • clickable prototype (Figma, XD or similar) demonstrating the three key functions above • hand-off assets and style guide (fonts, colours, spacing, components) ready for dev implementation If you’ve shipped consumer apps with a minimalist aesthetic before, I’d love to see them.
