Redesign Desktop App and dashboard for Cybersecurity Startup

Product designer needed — desktop app redesign for cybersecurity platform We're a cybersecurity startup looking for a product designer to fully redesign the UI/UX of our desktop application and management dashboard. We'll brief you on the product, the users, and what we need to communicate — you take it from there and deliver production-ready mockups we can hand straight to our development team. We need someone who thinks like a PM — someone who can absorb complex technical context, make smart design decisions independently, and produce work that looks and feels premium. The product handles security enforcement and monitoring, so clarity, trust, and information hierarchy matter a lot. Deliverables: Full redesign of the desktop app — screens, layouts, navigation, and interaction patterns built for desktop Management dashboard redesign — data, metrics, alerts, and controls presented intuitively and insightfully High-fidelity Figma mockups covering all key screens and states — implementation-ready Reusable component library in Figma — so our team can extend the design consistently going forward Developer handoff annotations — spacing, states, interactions, and behavior clearly documented Who we're looking for: Experience designing native desktop applications (Windows and/or macOS) — not just web adapted to desktop Strong portfolio with data-heavy or enterprise product UI — dashboards, monitoring tools, security or ops platforms Can work from a brief independently — we'll give you context, you drive the design decisions Figma expert — components, variables, auto-layout, and clean handoff-ready files Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity is a strong plus What to include in your bid: Portfolio — desktop app or enterprise dashboard examples preferred A sample Figma file or past handoff-ready mockup if available Estimated timeline and pricing Any experience in security, compliance, or enterprise tools
