Hi there, Zero-friction checkout is the actual design brief hiding inside "e-commerce app" every screen either moves a shopper closer to purchase or it's adding friction, and I'd evaluate every decision against that standard. Process: discovery and user-flow mapping first, confirming the exact path from launch to order confirmation before any visual work begins a wireframe built on an unclear flow just looks pretty while hiding structural problems. Low-fidelity wireframes lock screen priorities and information hierarchy, agreed with you before high-fidelity work starts, so revisions happen cheaply at the sketch stage, not after polish is invested. Since this targets both platforms, I'd design with genuine platform respect rather than one UI stretched across both navigation patterns, gesture behavior, and component styling following Apple HIG and Material Design where they diverge, so the app feels native on each, not like a compromise between them.
