Seek technical solution on Ubuntu 22.04/20.04 problem

I will pay CAD$100 to ubuntu expert who is able to provide me accurate technical solution of the below issue. Problem: I am using fresh installed Ubuntu 22.04 & 20.04 image. When I connect USB flash drive to USB type-c port of GFX card, system doesnot detect flash drive. Kernel messages are as follow: xhci_hcd 0000:0b:00.2 $ error while assigning device slot ID xhci_hcd 0000:0b:00.2 $ max number of devices this xHCI support is 64 usb usb 5-port 1 $ couldn't allocate usb_device xhci_hcd 0000:0b:00.2 $ command completion event doesnot match command xhci_hcd 0000:0b:00.2 $ ERROR mismatched command completion event Note: After system reboot, same USB flash drive is detected but after hotplug in OS, USB flash drive is not detected.
