Docker-Based Odoo Multi-Instance Hosting – Setup and Proactive Monthly Maintenance

Please read carefully before bidding: Description: We are looking for a skilled freelancer to set up and manage a dedicated Hetzner server (AX102) that will host approximately 20 Odoo instances, each isolated in its own Docker container with a dedicated PostgreSQL database. The project includes an initial setup phase, followed by a 12-month proactive maintenance contract, covering server updates, security, monitoring, and monthly system reporting. ⸻ Scope of Work: 1. Initial Setup: • Configure the server (Ubuntu OS) • Install Docker and Docker Compose • Set up PostgreSQL (one container per Odoo instance) • Deploy the first Odoo instance (version 16 or 17) 2. Infrastructure and Security: • Reverse proxy with Nginx and SSL (Let’s Encrypt) • Lightweight container management interface (e.g. Portainer) • Hardened access (SSH, firewall, fail2ban) 3. Backups: • Automated daily backups (PostgreSQL and file volumes) • 15-day retention policy • Remote storage via Hetzner Storage Box or similar 4.
