I've done WireGuard setups on edge routers before, including firewall rules, NAT, and client profile generation - so this scope is very clear to me. The 90% done part usually means the hard work is already there, just needs the remaining firewall/routing entries cleaned up, interface enabled, and a working .conf generated for Windows.
