School Band T-Shirt Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to create a short-sleeve t-shirt for our school's orchestra (Kingwood Middle School) . The t-shirt will be used as everyday school wear. Requirements: - Design should be a combination of graphic and text. - Should be screen printable using one or two colors on either a red /gray / or black t-shirt - Must be suitable and appealing for everyday school wear. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Experience in t-shirt design - Strong graphic design skills - Creative typography and layout - Understanding of school wear trends Please provide samples of previous work.
