I’m looking to bring a sharp full-stack developer into my team to keep our SaaS platforms moving forward. The codebase is a mix so you’ll need to be comfortable jumping between those languages as we roll out new modules. Languages needed for the LeadRescue project Core proficiency TypeScript Primary language across the project. Used for the React frontend, Express API server, background workers, shared libraries, database schemas, integrations, and tests. Includes TSX for React components. SQL Needed for PostgreSQL queries, database design, indexes, constraints, and debugging. The project uses Drizzle ORM, but understanding the SQL generated underneath is important. Working proficiency JavaScript Important for Node.js runtime behavior, Vite/build configuration, package tooling, and understanding compiled TypeScript. Most application code is TypeScript rather than plain JavaScript. HTML Required for React markup, accessible page structure, forms, emails, and admin interfaces. CSS Needed for layout, responsive design, accessibility, and component styling. The project primarily uses Tailwind CSS, so familiarity with CSS fundamentals is still necessary. Bash / Shell scripting Used for pnpm commands, development workflows, build scripts, environment setup, and deployment-related tasks. Helpful configuration formats These are not generally considered programming languages, but contributors should be comfortable reading and editing them: YAML — OpenAPI specifications and some configuration files. JSON — package manifests, API payloads, configuration, and structured data. Markdown — project documentation and development instructions. Main stack summary A developer should be strongest in: TypeScript + SQL + React/TSX + Node.js/Express They should also have practical familiarity with: HTML, CSS/Tailwind, Bash, OpenAPI, JSON, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Vite, and pnpm Python, Java, C#, Go, and Ruby are not currently required for the main LeadRescue codebase. The immediate focus is three-fold: • Feature development – shipping customer-facing functionality in short, well-tested iterations. • Performance optimization – profiling hot paths, tightening queries, and making sure our pages stay fast under load. • Bug fixing – tackling reported issues quickly, writing regression tests, and closing the loop with the product team. You’ll be collaborating through GitHub, using standard PR reviews and CI pipelines. Expect to touch everything from REST and GraphQL endpoints to responsive UI components and deployment scripts. Deliverables for each sprint will be: 1. Merged PRs for agreed features with passing tests. 2. Documented performance improvements (metrics before/after). 3. Closed bug tickets with clear root-cause notes. 4. Completed documentation of all steps involved, changes made, with the software version being updated. If you thrive on full-stack problem solving and can communicate progress in plain English, let’s talk about the first sprint.

The key challenge here is not just finding a coder who knows TypeScript, but someone who can step into a live SaaS codebase and improve velocity without creating instability across frontend, API, and database layers. With React, Express, Drizzle/Postgres, and performance-sensitive work in the same sprint, the real win comes from disciplined changes: isolating issues, validating SQL behavior underneath the ORM, and shipping in reviewable PRs. I’ve handled mixed full-stack workloads where one sprint includes feature delivery, another includes tracing slow queries or UI bottlenecks, and another is focused on bug tickets plus regression coverage. That kind of work only goes smoothly when the developer is comfortable reading the full chain from UI interaction to endpoint behavior to database impact, and documenting each change clearly. I can also help keep technical notes plain-English so product stakeholders can follow what changed. - What does the first sprint already include in terms of tickets or modules? - Are there known performance hotspots right now on the query side, rendering side, or worker side? - How opinionated is your current architecture around shared types and API contracts?

Hi, CnEL India can support the ongoing LeadRescue SaaS development with a structured, sprint-based approach across frontend, backend, database and deployment workflows. Our methodology: * Review the existing architecture, repository structure, coding standards and current sprint priorities. * Develop React/TSX interfaces with responsive, accessible components using TypeScript and Tailwind/CSS. * Build and maintain Node.js/Express APIs, integrations and background workflows. * Work with PostgreSQL, SQL queries, schemas, indexes and constraints, while reviewing ORM-generated queries for performance. * Diagnose bugs through logs, debugging and root-cause analysis, then add regression tests. * Profile slow endpoints, queries and frontend paths and document before/after performance metrics. * Follow GitHub branching, PR reviews and CI checks for every change. * Update API/OpenAPI documentation, configuration and project documentation as required. * Keep changes modular, tested and production-ready. We can begin with a codebase review and first sprint, then continue with feature delivery, optimization and maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Hi, I’m a full-stack developer with 7+ years of experience building and maintaining SaaS platforms, APIs, dashboards, and production systems. I’m comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, testing, and deployment workflows. Your LeadRescue stack is a strong match for my experience. I can work with: • TypeScript, React/TSX and Node.js/Express • PostgreSQL and SQL query optimisation • REST and GraphQL APIs • Tailwind CSS, HTML and responsive UI • Drizzle ORM and database schemas • Vite, pnpm and Bash/Shell workflows • JSON, YAML, OpenAPI and Markdown • GitHub, pull requests, CI/CD and code reviews For each sprint, I can take ownership of the complete development cycle: understand the requirement, implement the feature, write tests, create meaningful commits/PRs, fix review feedback, and document the final changes. For performance work, I’ll profile the actual bottleneck first, optimise queries/code where required, and provide before/after measurements rather than making assumptions. For bugs, I focus on identifying the root cause, implementing a proper fix, and adding regression coverage where appropriate so the same issue does not return. I’m available for ongoing collaboration and can start with the first sprint. Best regards, Muhammad Rizwan Full Stack Developer | SaaS | React | Node.js | TypeScript | PostgreSQL

Hi, I am ready to jump into the LeadRescue codebase and help you ship new customer facing functionality across the React frontend and Express API server. I will work forty hours per week writing clean TypeScript, managing Drizzle ORM queries in PostgreSQL, and styling new components with Tailwind CSS. Since your stack relies heavily on Vite, pnpm, and background workers, I will set up my local development environment to match your GitHub CI pipelines right away so my pull requests pass every test on the first try. For performance tuning, I will profile slow endpoints, clean up hot database paths, and log metrics before and after so you can track the speed gains. I will also fix reported bugs quickly and leave clear root cause notes on every ticket. One helpful addition I can bring is keeping our OpenAPI YAML files and Markdown documentation updated automatically with every merged feature so the product team always has exact specs. Which specific feature or bottleneck in the LeadRescue app should we tackle during the first sprint? Best, Salma Noreen

Hi, I am Adeel. I lead engineering on Boostifai, a multi-tenant SaaS with a React frontend and a services layer talking to Postgres, so shipping features, tightening queries and closing bugs in short sprints is the daily rhythm there. For LeadRescue I would start by pulling the current slow queries and hot endpoints, get before numbers, then work through the sprint backlog with PRs tied to tests and a short root cause note on each fix. I can commit real hours weekly and work through GitHub PRs and CI the way you described. Is the current codebase on a single Postgres instance or split across services already?

When a codebase involves multiple languages and frameworks, the real challenge is maintaining coherence and efficency across the entire stack. This makes sure that new features integrate smoothly without introducing bugs or performance issues. To mitigate risks to your existing platform, I will work in a safe environment that keeps your live site untouched during developement. Safe staging build: full site built in a private staging area first, live site untouched. Feature development: implement customer-facing functionality in short, tested iterations. Performance optimization: profile and tighten queries to enhance load speed. Bug fixing: address reported issues promptly with regression tests and documentation. Are there any specific features or performance metrics you want prioritized in the first sprint? Rajavel

Hi, I’m very interested in joining the LeadRescue project. Its TypeScript-first architecture and focus on measurable, well-tested delivery align closely with how I work. I’m comfortable across React/TSX, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, responsive UI, and shared TypeScript libraries. I can also work effectively with Drizzle ORM while reviewing the underlying SQL, execution plans, indexes, constraints, and transaction behavior when performance or data integrity requires it. For each sprint, my workflow includes: - Clarifying acceptance criteria and affected workflows - Implementing focused changes with maintainable boundaries - Adding unit, integration, and regression tests - Profiling API, query, worker, and frontend bottlenecks - Recording before-and-after performance metrics - Submitting reviewable PRs with clear technical notes - Updating setup, behavior, migration, and version documentation - Verifying the deployed result after CI passes For bugs, I trace the failure to its root cause, assess related behavior, and add a test that prevents recurrence. For performance work, I measure first and optimize the actual bottleneck rather than relying on assumptions. I’m comfortable with GitHub reviews, CI pipelines, pnpm, Vite, Tailwind, OpenAPI, GraphQL, JSON/YAML configuration, and shell-based workflows. I can communicate progress and risks clearly throughout the sprint. I’m ready to review the first sprint backlog and begin quickly. Best
