I need a certified hydraulic-systems professional who can come on-site, run a full diagnostic, and pinpoint the root cause of the performance issue. Scope of work • Conduct a systematic inspection of the entire press: power unit, valves, cylinders, hoses, filtration, and control logic. • Measure and log pressure, flow, and temperature at all test ports to verify whether the uneven force stems from inconsistent pressure, internal leakage, or a control fault. • Check alignment and structural components to rule out any mechanical binding. • Provide a concise report explaining findings, data readings, and photographs where useful, followed by step-by-step corrective recommendations (parts, tolerances, torque specs, fluid type/grade, and any calibration steps).
